Welcome to RealtorsMate. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue the use of our website and services.

Services

RealtorsMate provides trained Virtual Assistants for real estate professionals, including lead management, CRM support, appointment setting, transaction coordination, and administrative assistance.

Service Plans

RealtorsMate currently offers:

  • Part-Time Plan – 80 hours per month (20 hours/week)
  • Full-Time Plan – 160 hours per month (40 hours/week)

Additional hours or services outside the selected plan may require a separate agreement.

Payment Terms

Monthly payments must be completed before the start of each billing cycle. All prices are listed in USD.

Client Responsibilities

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information and maintain data confidentiality.

Confidentiality

All client information, business data, and account access details are kept strictly confidential.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel services with written notice. Outstanding balances must be settled before account closure.
